Get plenty of sleep as you can. In this day and age, it is tense, busy, on-the-go lifestyles; people are getting less and less sleep, due to the momentum of the fast-paced world. More people are trying to achieve by sacrificing sleep. Do not do it. In particular, do not do it if you're trying to lose weight! Your body goes into maintenance mode during sleep. Why burden the digestive system of the body when BIO X4 the body must rest for six to eight hours (whatever your body needs). Do not short change your sleep. This is the time that your body is able to rest, regenerate, and consumes those calories.
Do not eat within three hours of sleep. You do not want to be food in the digestive tracts not coming to eight hours is not it? Your body slows down during sleep, and that means your body will take longer to digest your food.
