Obesity or being overweight is a common problem in many parts of the world and it is rising in many of them, and although it is not considered a disease, it is by no means a good thing. Being overweight or obese increases the chances of having health problems and the more overweight you get the better the chances are of having heart problems, getting diabetes and so on. A common problem that overweight people have is that they get tired easily and they sweat a lot and when it comes to physical activities they aren't the best, to say the least. By being active you will burn more calories and more deposited fat in the body and by eating healthier and taking in lower quantities of carbohydrates, you will also decrease the fat in-take. If your body doesn't get the energy it needs from the foods you eat, it will take it from the fat already deposited in the body. THat is the theory behind it and that is the process and how it works basically.
