Although the endorsements and title ("The Secret") are enticing, it scratches the surface on how to get what you want in life. It is the first step towards what you want to get in life whether it is more money, better relationships, quality health, and other noble quests in life.

Personally, the book,"The Secret", reminded me of an updated version of the book, "Think and Grow Rich" by Napoleon Hill. It is also about changing your mind and thinking and growing rich. It has sold millions of copies since it was first released in the early 20th century. Also, the book, "The Secret", reflects on another popular book, "The Science of Getting Rich", by Wallace Wattles- who is listed in the biography section of the book.

Overall, it is a good book to get you started in the right direction of attaining what you want in life by washing your brain (in a positive way). It focuses and shows you how to sow seeds of positive energy in your mind that will attract what you want in life. There are some rather interesting examples within the book- but it is a book that is worth the reading.
