Relaxing - Simple Truth Is, our bodies build muscle while we relax, not while we're in the gym lifting weights. You view, while lifting weights we are just breaking the muscle down. We are restoring the muscle when we stay away while we rest and generally from intense action. Testinate 250 Your body is not relaxing to restore new muscle if your are a person who is in the gym strength training 5 nights a week. I would suggest exercising every time or 3-4 nights per week. it also helps with gym efficiency, although it is unimportant to rest for muscle development.
