Click here to see the full listing.The Cartier Santos Skeleton ADLC Noctambule is a whole lot of fun on the wrist, especially if you just so happen to have a black light to train on the dial Rado initially brought their historic '60s Captain Cook back in 2017 with an almost 1:1 reproduction complete with faux-patina lume, but "hyperchrome" was added to the name. The watch retained its 37mm case size, and even the small touches like the red numerals on the date wheel and spinning anchor in the logo present at 12 o'clock were replicated.Lastly, while this model was originally shown at SIHH earlier this year with red "Spitfire" text on the dial, the production models will not have this branding. While the absence is certainly not a deal-breaker, I liked the use of red on the dial and definitely miss that dash of color on the production version.This is where we feel the presence of the new 6101 movement (former iterations of this watch utilized the well-regarded manual winding Alpha movement as well as the slim 3001). You'll now see a string of numbers representing every day of the month. The ring date markers are done in a bold orange color.

Each of these comes on an interchangeable rubber strap, with an additional interchangeable strap in either rubber, calfskin, or alligator, depending on the model.I learned that if you pull out the crown and turn it, everything moves – the time on the dial, and the GMT time – but if you depress the pusher at nine, only the time on the dial moves.  Since I wasn't traveling right now we would start by just setting those to the same time. We did this by using the pusher at nine to move the hour hand along, which it did very easily. It was fun to push, all very smooth and fuss-free.
