Squeeze in a few fresh new sneaker pick-ups for the rest of the summer

The rich textural material is presented in white and earthy yellow hues, with solid white midsoles and Missoni's signature terracotta canvas for the sockliners. The Missoni x Converse First String summer 2015 collection releases Friday, July 17, 2015 at Converse flagship stores in New York and San Francisco, and select premium retailers worldwide. The Converse Chuck Taylor, the most ubiquitous sneaker in the history of…history, is finally getting a sequel. Yes, nearly a century after its original debut in 1917, converse uk sale has faced the challenge of following up on one of the most successful, duplicated, and bleed-American retail products ever created, and this July 28th, the sneaker brand will finally unveil the long-awaited second chapter.

All we have to go by is the release date, but we do know that retailers will receive a wide range of colorways. More details to come.Today we get a first look at what's next on the sneaker collaboration front straight from the man behind the label Hiroshi Fujiwara. The Japanese brand has done incredible work with Nike over the years, but its partnerships with the Converse company has been few and far in between. Luckily it looks like three different versions of the converse uk womens will be put into production one in a solid black, one with gold pinstripes, and one in silver pinstripes. Stay tuned for release info and let us know what you think about this upcoming collaboration. The MJ insignia continues to command big dollars on the retail and collectible side of things, but are prices getting out of hand?

Michael Jordan's Converse sneakers that were used during the 1984 Olympics just went up on the auction block, and bidding prices start at a low $50,000. There's a lot behind this pair of Fastbreak Mid; it's the shoe that MJ won his first Olympic Gold Medal as part of the U.S. National Team (this was prior to NBA players being eligible to represent the country), and it's the last non-Nike shoe that Jordan ever wore. Despite the rich history behind these kicks, $50,000 is quite a steep price and only the most hardcore and financially devoted of collectors would take notice, but it's still less than half of what the original Flu Games sold for. Check out the auction now.Concepts teams up with the fellow New England based Converse once again for a high quality presentation of the converse all star ox.

The Chuck Taylor All Star 1970s is constructed with a premium Cone denim upper in a raw indigo hue. As a '1970s' edition of the Chuck Taylor, the classic silhouette features triple-stitching for added durability, higher rubber foxing, and a more comfortable insole to ensure a high quality vintage look and feel. The Concepts Converse All Star Canvas in Cone denim will be available in limited quantities exclusively at Concepts on May 30 for $110.It's not a Converse Chuck Taylor All Star, but this new release from the brand is indeed all stars. Perforated stars, that is, which adorn the all-suede upper of the Breakpoint Star. The low and slim silhouette that's quite comparable to the Nike Bruin comes in your choice of rich green or black colorways, each with bright white contrast for the branding-embossed leather detailing and textured midsole.

The star-covered Breakpoint Star is available exclusively at UK sneaker retailer size? right now.Continuing on with the Converse Made By You campaign that encourages every individual to customize their Chuck Taylors for a pair all their own, the brand has teamed up with Philadelphia sneaker shop UBIQ for a special in-store event. Kicking off last week, Converse All Star Hi Top presented a special event where you could get your Chucks customized by notable local artists including Martha Rich, Hawk Krall, Thom Lessner, and Andrew Jeffery Wright. If you missed the opening event, there's good news: the artists will be back for the closing night of the pop-up store for another round of sneaker art.
