Gone were the baton hour hand and sharply pointed minute hand, Now, in their place, were sword hands more associated with the Big Pilot's Watch line. While this is not my favorite Praesidus model (that title still goes to the Dirty Dozen-inspired DD-45), it is another well-executed take on repliki MontBlanc a classic military watch.A 20mm lug spacing allows for multiple strap options, and the brand offers a beads-of-rice bracelet as well as rubber Tropic-style and leather straps.With its more original design, it was able to gather 60% of the votes, so it certainly wasn't a landslide but still a clear win.IfEven after picking up the Piaget AUC, it makes no sense. Like, you see the little tourbillon spinning inside, dutifully making its once-per-minute rotations, and you think to yourself, "surely, a watch that's about as thick as my credit card can't accommodate a spinning cage, right?" But it can and it does.
