One stunner was a Patek Philippe pocket watch with link an enamel caseback completed by the legendary enamelist and artist Suzanne Rohr, a mentor to today's most in-demand enamel artist, Anita Porchet. The enamel link art on this pocket watch features a painted rendering of Johannes Vermeer's "Woman With A Water Jug." This was my first link time handling a Suzanne Rohr-decorated pocket watch, and I can't speak highly enough about how impressive it was.

Surprisingly, it was the Turtle, despite being the larger watch, that wore smaller on the wrist due to the short, rounded lugs. The Samurai has a more rigid – dare I link say industrial – design, with sharper, more pronounced angles. On-wrist, it makes a bigger statement link with the pronounced angles of the lugs. It is, however, 1mm thinner than the link Turtle (12.8mm vs 13.8mm).
