Hi all. My company is relocating our small office from a coworking space to a real suite about 12 miles across town. We have around 18 desks, monitors, printers, and a couple of conference room setups. Need someone who can handle commercial moves on a weekend without ruining Monday morning operations. Suggestions?

Hi. We did a similar office relocation in the DFW area last fall, about 22 desks total. Crew showed up Saturday at 7 AM, finished by 4 PM same day — Monday morning everyone walked in and got to work without delays. They labeled every monitor and cable bundle by desk number, which saved us hours of setup. Cost ran about $3,200 for an 8-hour window with five movers. They handled the building elevator reservations on both ends, which I honestly forgot to do myself. Our office manager said it was the smoothest corporate move she's been part of in 15 years, and she's been part of a lot of them.
