EPS-95 Pension Rules refer to the guidelines under the Employees’ Pension Scheme, 1995 managed by EPFO in India. Under these rules, employees who are members of the EPF scheme and have completed at least 10 years of eligible service can receive a monthly pension after attaining the age of 58 years.
