Small lifestyle shifts that helped me feel more balanced

Over the last couple of years I’ve been trying to take better care of my health in a more holistic way – not just treating symptoms, but looking at my daily habits, stress levels, sleep, and even the things I choose to buy and wear. Instead of making huge changes all at once, I focused on small shifts like drinking more water, taking short walks, unplugging from my phone earlier at night, and praying/meditating more consistently.

I’ve also become more mindful about stewardship and not being wasteful, so I’ve started cooking at home more and even leaning toward more sustainable choices like vintage clothing instead of fast fashion, which strangely has also made me feel more grateful and content with what I have.

I’d love to hear from others here: what simple, realistic changes have helped you feel closer to God, healthier in your body, and calmer in your mind? Are there daily practices, scriptures, or holistic habits that have made a real difference in your life over time?
