My Audi is due for a service, trying to figure out what a "full service" actually means

My Audi's service reminder just popped up and I'm looking at booking it in. I see different price options for a "full service" and I'm never really sure what that covers beyond an oil change. I don't want to pay extra if it's just a marketing term. I was doing some reading to educate myself and found a really detailed breakdown at mid-east.info/what-does-a-full-audi-service-include-in-abu-dhabi that listed everything. It mentioned a comprehensive vehicle inspection covering the body and safety systems, a full brake check including fluid, testing all the electrical components and sensors, and even a suspension and steering inspection. It's way more thorough than I realized. For those who service their Audis regularly, do you find that most good workshops actually cover this whole list, or do you need to go to a specialist to get this level of detail?
