Rethinking how I use space in my Ajman warehouse

I've had this warehouse in Ajman for about five years now, and up until recently I thought I had things figured out pretty well, but I've noticed over the last few months that I'm constantly running out of floor space even though my inventory levels haven't changed that dramatically. I started really looking at how things are arranged and realized I'm probably using my vertical space terribly and my stacking method is just whatever fits at the moment rather than anything intentional. I've been researching practical options for managing warehouse storage because I really don't want to move to a bigger space if I can just work smarter with what I've already got. I know I need to invest in better crates and maybe some racking systems but I'm honestly not sure where to start without spending a fortune on stuff that ends up not working for my specific setup. Anyone else here gone through a similar space reorganization and found something that actually made a noticeable difference without a complete overhaul?
