Who actually is the number one Bentley repair shop in Dubai?

[Keith Bowen]

I've seen at least five different shops claim to be the number one Bentley repair Dubai specialist. Everyone has a fancy website and good reviews. But I'm trying to find the actual best shop for transmission work on my 2017 Continental GT. The car has developed a harsh downshift from 3rd to 2nd and I don't want to trust it to just anyone. For those of you who've owned Bentleys here for a while, which shop has the best reputation specifically for ZF transmissions? I don't care about nice waiting rooms or free coffee. I want a technician who has Bentley specific training and diagnostic equipment. I'm willing to pay more for the best. How do you separate the real number one from the marketing hype? Would love some honest recommendations from actual owners.
