My gearbox is acting up and I need a shop in Sharjah that knows their stuff

[Keith Bowen]

I've been living in Sharjah for the past few years and commuting to Dubai for work, and honestly the stop-start traffic on that route has been taking a toll on my car's transmission. Lately I've noticed that my gear changes are getting rougher and there's a noticeable delay when I shift from park to drive, which is starting to worry me because I know transmission repairs aren't cheap and I really don't want to end up stranded on the side of the road. I've taken my car to a few local garages in Sharjah for other issues before, but I've never been fully satisfied with the quality of work, and I'm especially nervous about trusting anyone with something as complex and expensive as a gearbox repair. I need a workshop that actually has the right diagnostic equipment and technicians who understand modern automatic transmissions, not just guys who guess their way through problems. A colleague at work mentioned a place that offers Accomplished Gearbox Transmission in 800Sayara Sharjah, and he said they have a good reputation for handling complex transmission issues without overcharging or cutting corners. I'm thinking of giving them a try because I really can't afford to have this job done twice if the first place messes it up, and I'd rather pay a bit more for quality work than end up with ongoing problems. Has anyone here used them for transmission work and can share their experience? I'm particularly interested in whether they're good at diagnosing intermittent issues rather than just replacing parts until something works. Any feedback would be really helpful because I'm at the point where I need to get this sorted soon. Cheers.
