Hey all. We rent out a small duplex in Beacon Hill, and one tenant reported a musty smell and a stain on the inside wall. Looks like water is getting in through the siding somewhere. I'm a long-distance landlord. Does anyone know a company that handles siding and water damage for rentals?

Hey. As a landlord, you want someone who'll find the actual source, not just paint over the stain. They inspected, found failed flashing above a window, replaced the rotted section of siding and sheathing and fixed the flashing.
