Nitric Storm Train by completing as many reps and exercises as possible during each session. Make sure each rep includes 15 lifts or more, and always have a break between reps. Doing so is important in stimulating muscle growth because of the lactic acid. Repeat this during your regular number of sets for optimum results in your muscle building routine.
