Nitric Storm If you are doing extensive cardio workouts, such as marathon training, it is not wise to also engage in muscle building regimens at the same time. While doing cardio is great for fitness, too much of it may negate your attempts to build muscle through strength training. Put most of your efforts into strength-training if you wish to grow muscle.
