At the global level, we are facing an epidemic of obesity and weight loss is not just a personal need to appear more beautiful
Lunch: 1 Barley Rusk, 1feta of Turkey cooked 1 slice of toast light cheese and tomatoes.
Afternoon: 1 fresh fruit salad Bio X4
Dinner: 120 grams. Filet of chicken (grilled or boiled), grilled or cooked vegetables, 1 cup of brown rice.
Before going to sleep: 1 fruit yogurt poor in fat.
