Reasons for the PEP program
This means there are many of young adults currently and going to the job-market whose importance of employment must certanly be satisfied. As a result of the Professional Education Pro-gram (PEP) more than 100 thousand youth have received necessary education that has made them very prepared to join the staff. With technical and vocational training, these young adults come out more prepared to carry out the functional facets of the jobs presently on offer.
