There was a time when I believed wellness was just about diet and exercise. I was checking all the boxes—eating “clean,” going to the gym—but something still felt off. I was constantly anxious, mentally drained, and emotionally disconnected. That’s when I discovered the power of holistic wellness.
What are Your Favorite Health Products and Services?
When it comes to health and wellness, I gravitate toward products and services that nourish the body, calm the mind, and elevate the soul. My favorites are rooted in both science and self-care—essentials that support holistic living.
What are Your Favorite Health Subjects, Missions or Interests?
I’m deeply passionate about holistic wellness, especially the connection between mental, emotional, and physical health. I’m drawn to subjects like mindfulness, gut-brain connection, intuitive eating, natural healing, and energy balance. My mission is to empower others to heal from the inside out—not just to look good, but to truly feel aligned and whole.
Do you have any Prayer Requests, Health Concerns and Questions?
Yes—my prayer request is for continued clarity, strength, and peace as I walk my wellness journey, and for divine guidance to help me align my purpose with service. I pray for healing—mentally, physically, and spiritually—not just for myself, but for everyone silently struggling.
What is Your Ministerial Goal, Calling, Ambition, Vision, Dream or Desire?
My ministerial goal is to facilitate holistic transformation—spiritually, emotionally, and physically—by integrating faith-based principles with wellness-centered practices. The core calling centers on equipping individuals to live purposefully, aligning their inner spiritual identity with their outer expression of health and wholeness.
