I just take my forefinger and my thumb and scoop
I just take my forefinger and my thumb and scoop off excess water from my neck to chin and start putting my products on. If you have acne, rosacea or eczema....this is HIGHLY recommended. If you have pretty well balanced skin that is not reactive to anything, then go ahead and blot it dry. However, always use a clean towel.
