How do you rank your Wellness and Health?: Excellent

What is your Vocation, Career or Occupation?: I work as a wellness content creator and consultant, focusing on natural health education, digital content, and personalized wellness strategies.

What is Your Holistic Wellness Health Testimony?: I began my wellness journey after struggling with chronic fatigue and digestive issues. Conventional treatments didn’t help much, so I turned to holistic approaches—nutrition, herbal support, and lifestyle changes—and experienced a major turnaround. That healing experience inspired me to help others discover natural wellness paths too.

What are Your Favorite Health Products and Services?: I love herbal teas, essential oils, magnesium supplements, and plant-based protein powders. Services like acupuncture, massage therapy, and health coaching are also high on my list for overall support and balance.

What are Your Favorite Health Subjects, Missions or Interests?: I'm passionate about gut health, stress management, functional nutrition, and emotional wellness. I’m especially drawn to helping people understand the mind-body connection and how daily habits shape long-term health.

Do you have any Prayer Requests, Health Concerns and Questions?: Yes—prayers for continued clarity and energy in my work, and for the health and peace of my family and loved ones. No major health concerns at the moment, but I’m always open to learning more about immune and hormone balance.

What is Your Ministerial Goal, Calling, Ambition, Vision, Dream or Desire?: My desire is to merge faith and wellness—helping people care for their bodies as temples and live in alignment with their divine purpose. I hope to create a platform where holistic healing meets spiritual encouragement.

How Did You Hear About Holistic Wellness and Health? Who recommended you?: I was first introduced through a family member who found healing through natural means, and since then, I've followed various wellness mentors and ministries online who integrate faith with natural living.
