What I was talking about earlier we have
What I was talking about earlier we have so much pain and so much misery and negatively inner life but if we can kinda have embraced that and find a way to heal from not then week Inc we kind of have this a stronger ability to grow from it and to get better at it so for me a like even taking a nap a pain relievers don't take them anymore I take natural pain reliever sometime so I’ll go flake a heating pad or hot water…
