This is labelled as an organic natural Super Food but look closely at the vitamin names, the vast majority of them are synthetic. For example ‘Abscorbc Acid’ or ‘calcium citrate’. Almost all of the vitamins are synthetic yet it is labelled as a healthy and natural Super Food.

I am not convinced our bodies even know what to do with synthetic vitamins and avoid 99% of them. Isn’t anyone else bothered by that?

Thank you for this, Greenfingers. In addition  Athletic Greens to the synthetics, one can get all of this in natural ingredients — Ani Phyo’s book is HIGHLY recommended for doing so.

I must say, I have been taking Energy Greens every morning for over 2 years now. I can honestly say that I feel terrific every single day. I am 76 years old and clean houses for a living. Nobody believes how old I am and I can work circles around young people.
