What is Your Holistic Wellness Health Testimony?

The World African American Shadow Boxing Health and Fitness Association is our school name and Kwa Asilia Avita Sanaa (The Original Martial Art) is our African American Martial Arts style. An African American Martial Art that teaches mixed martial arts or MMA for self-defense, fitness or sport and at the higher levels teaches and emphasizes breathing, meditation, basic healing and energy cultivation for the mental and spiritual practice that brings about a higher state of mind and conciousness. Grandmaster Rogers is the founder of Kwa Asilia Avita Sanaa (The Original Martial Art), the new name for the reorganization of the ancient Kemetic martial arts depicted on the tomb of Ramessu III in Kemet (Ancient Egypt)1080 B.C.E and others. As well as the early African American skills of knocking and kicking, bondage fighting, fighting with cane knives, hoes, clubs, and the guerrilla tactics, used by escaping African freedom fighters like those envolved with The Underground Railroad and other successful rebellions and maroon colonies in North America. It is also used as a tribute and as remembrance of the African Holocaust of Enslavement. "Montu is the Neter of warfare in Kemet that predates the god Mars. What are Your Favorite Health Subjects, Missions or Interests?

Longevity as well as a quality of life, and providing the consistant physical, mental and spiritual exercise that everyone needs to achieve it. One of the greatest benefit of a martial arts education is the opportunity to acquire wisdom.

Do you have any Prayer Requests, Health Concerns and Questions?

In the early stages of learning Kwa Asilia Avita Sanaa, you'll concentrate on striking or grappling to overcome an opponent. At a more advanced level of study, you'll come to realize that the real value of martial arts training is not in knowing how to defeat another human being, but rather in improving the quality of life of everyone around you. What is Your Ministerial Goal, Calling, Ambition, Vision, Dream or Desire?

Ours is what you might call a defense ministry and our Grandmaster is the minister of defense. It is our goal to educate people as to the roll a good martial arts organization and its teachers can play in developing one's spiritual awareness & greater mental capacity through breathing ,meditation, philosophy, history and the health promoting conditioning of mixed martial arts. However, your martial arts classroom is not meant to take the place of your house of worship!
