My journey to holistic wellness began when I realized that simply treating symptoms was not enough. For years, I focused only on physical health—medications, quick fixes, and pushing through stress—while ignoring my emotional and mental well-being. Over time, this imbalance showed up as chronic fatigue, anxiety, poor sleep, and a constant feeling of burnout.
