150 grams of grilled salmon, fish and tuna packed in water or sardines in olive oil.
2 cups lettuce tossed with olive oil, extra virgin olive oil and lemon to taste.
A slice of watermelon.
¼ cup strawberries, cherries and blueberries Elliskin or blackberries.
And at least one glass of water.
Mid afternoon:
50 grams of chicken breast (skinless) roast.
4 unsalted nuts.
½ green apples.
1 cup water.
