The Schwarzenegger Challenge: Elevate Your Fitness with Arnold's Routine

Split Routine:

Arnold often followed a split routine, which means he focused on specific muscle groups on different days of the week. This approach allows for more intense and targeted training.

The Arnold split is not for everyone, it may be effective in helping you build muscle groups and look better if you are dedicated to it.

Day 1: Chest and Back

Bench Press
Incline Dumbbell Press
Dips
Pull-Ups or Chin-Ups
Bent-Over Rows
Deadlifts


Day 2: Shoulders and Arms

Military Press (Overhead Shoulder Press)
Side Lateral Raises
Front Raises
Barbell or Dumbbell Curls
Tricep Dips or Skull Crushers
Preacher Curls
Tricep Pushdowns


Day 3: Legs

Squats
Leg Press
Lunges
Leg Extensions
Hamstring Curls
Calf Raises
