Holistic wellness has completely transformed my life. A few years ago, I struggled with chronic stress and low energy, which led me to explore holistic practices.

I love using organic herbal teas, essential oils (like lavender and eucalyptus), and plant-based supplements for daily energy and relaxation.

I’m passionate about gut health, mental health, and sustainable living. Educating others on how to heal from within and live a low-tox lifestyle is a mission close to my heart.

I would appreciate prayers for continued guidance as I help others on their health journey. My current health concern is improving sleep quality and managing occasional anxiety.
