- What is Your Holistic Wellness Health Testimony?
- After taking some time to think about it, last year was very difficult. One of my children was diagnosed with acute leukimia, so my wife and he had to go to the west coast of Iceland for nearly the whole year for his treatment, while I was on the east coast with the rest of our children. Dealing with that, becoming sober, etc. I had no time for the gym so when our younger children were in bed I started doing yoga on my own. It gave me back the focus, and drive I needed to get my family through, and it succeeded. Long story short, the mind, onced trained and focused can help you overcome any obstacle.

- Shakeology from Beachbody. It helps me and my clients get through the day, giving you that natural burst of energy to start your day
