What is Your Holistic Wellness Health Testimony?

Over the past few years, I’ve learned the importance of maintaining balance between the mind, body, and spirit. I used to focus only on physical fitness, but through consistent mindfulness, better nutrition, and faith-based practices, I’ve seen real healing from stress and anxiety. Holistic wellness has helped me regain peace, energy, and purpose in my daily life.

What are Your Favorite Health Products and Services?

I appreciate natural and evidence-based health products — such as organic supplements, herbal teas, essential oils, and skin treatments that promote healing from within. I’m also a big supporter of regular checkups, massage therapy, and mindfulness or yoga sessions for mental clarity.

What are Your Favorite Health Subjects, Missions or Interests?

I’m passionate about preventive health, nutrition, skincare, mental wellness, and the role faith plays in healing. I believe in educating others to make lifestyle changes that promote long-term well-being rather than quick fixes.

Please keep me in prayer for continued strength, wisdom, and peace as I navigate personal and professional growth. I also pray for good health for my family and for guidance in helping others find healing and balance in their lives.

What is Your Ministerial Goal, Calling, Ambition, Vision, Dream or Desire?

My calling is to help people heal—emotionally, physically, and spiritually—through encouragement, education, and compassion. I aspire to build or join a ministry that combines faith and holistic wellness to uplift others and spread awareness about natural healing and self-care.

I came across Holistic Wellness and Health through online faith-based wellness resources, and a friend who’s active in holistic ministry encouraged me to learn more and get involved.
