I’m most interested in nutrition, mental health, and fitness because they play a big role in overall wellness. I’m also passionate about stress management, mindfulness practices, and learning natural ways to improve daily health and energy.

My ministerial goal is to inspire and support others in living healthier and more balanced lives. I feel called to encourage spiritual growth, emotional healing, and physical wellness, while spreading kindness and hope. My vision is to make a positive difference in people’s lives through faith, service, and compassion.
