What is Your Holistic Wellness Health Testimony?

My holistic wellness journey has been about learning to listen to my body and simplify my life. By focusing on clean nutrition, mindfulness, and emotional healing, I’ve experienced more energy, clarity, and balance than I ever did following quick fixes. It’s an ongoing process, but one that’s helped me feel more connected to myself and my health.

What are Your Favorite Health Products and Services?

I prefer simple, holistic health products and services that support overall well-being, such as fresh whole foods, natural supplements when needed, mindfulness practices, and wellness-focused content that encourages balance rather than quick fixes.

What are Your Favorite Health Subjects, Missions or Interests?

I’m most interested in holistic wellness, preventative health, nutrition, mental clarity, and lifestyle practices that support long-term well-being. I’m also drawn to education that empowers people to better understand and care for their bodies.

Do you have any Prayer Requests, Health Concerns and Questions?

At this time, I don’t have any specific prayer requests or health concerns. I’m grateful for where I am on my wellness journey and remain open to continued growth and learning.

What is Your Ministerial Goal, Calling, Ambition, Vision, Dream or Desire?

My goal is to support and encourage holistic well-being by sharing knowledge, personal experience, and compassion. I hope to help others reconnect with their health, purpose, and inner clarity through conscious living and mindful choices.
