What is Your Holistic Wellness Health Testimony?

I started my quest to holistic health after dealing with chronic exhaustion and intestinal problems. I tried natural cures, nutrition, and faith-based practices because traditional treatments didn't help much. Over time, I really became better, in body, mind, and spirit. I learnt how important it is to align my mind, body, and spirit with God's guidance via this change.

What are Your Favorite Health Products and Services?

I like to use natural skin care products, essential oils (like lavender and peppermint), and herbal supplements that are organic. I also think highly of detox programs, prayer-based healing services, chiropractic care, and nutritional counselling. I always choose things that come from a natural, faith-based point of view and help me find equilibrium.

What are Your Favorite Health Subjects, Missions or Interests?

I care a lot about gut health, natural detox, emotional healing, Christian counselling, and how the Bible may help with health. I'm also interested in helping other people realise how food, exercise, and faith all work together to make you truly healthy.

Do you have any Prayer Requests, Health Concerns and Questions?

Please pray that my family's health continues to get better, especially when it comes to stress and anxiety. I'm also looking for advice on how to stay spiritually and physically well while helping others on their own journeys to wellness.

What is Your Ministerial Goal, Calling, Ambition, Vision, Dream or Desire?

I want to be a wellness pastor or coach, which is someone who connects health with faith. I feel like it's my job to help others heal through praying, reading the Bible, learning, and living a healthy lifestyle. I want to provide a place, either online or in person, where people can work on their health and spirituality together.

How Did You Hear About Holistic Wellness and Health? Who recommended you?

I initially learnt about holistic wellness at a religious lecture on health, and then a friend who had found recovery through this road introduced me to a group of other people who shared my beliefs. She told me to look into this ministry, and it has been a huge benefit ever since.
