I started focusing on holistic wellness after realizing constant fatigue wasn’t normal. Small changes in sleep, hydration, and stress management made a noticeable difference, so I’ve stuck with it.

What are Your Favorite Health Products and Services?

I use magnesium supplements, herbal teas, and occasional chiropractic sessions. Nothing fancy—just things that actually help me feel better.

I’m mainly interested in preventative health, stress reduction, and natural ways to support overall energy levels.
