Practice your breathing in a quiet environment as this will reduce mental stress and allow you to think more clearly. Take deep breathes through you nose and breathe out through your mouth. Whilst doing this you should feel your body begin to relax starting from your head all the way down your arms and legs. Whenever you practice, ensure that you are listening to your body and the sensations that may come. Also you should always focus on yourself being healthy and even visualize this as athletes visualize themselves winning their event. We must always have a goal so that we have something to strive for and once we achieve our goal we can celebrate and move on to another.
