Afternoon: 1 fresh fruit salad Bio X4
Dinner: 120 grams. Filet of chicken (grilled or boiled), grilled or cooked vegetables, 1 cup of brown rice.
Before going to sleep: 1 fruit yogurt poor in fat.
Day 7
Breakfast: 1 nectarine, 1 cup skim milk, 50 grams. Whole grains (such as sugar and high in fiber) 0.2 tablespoons of nuts) 0.1 cup of coffee or tea.
Breakfast: 10 unsalted almonds uncooked.
Lunch: 1 chicken salad with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and lemon or vinegar 0.1 apples.
