I called to let them know and they sent me a new one no questions asked and gave me the 20% discount on my future orders. (I also used the opened bag just fine) So now I get it with shipping for around $86. And have called them a couple times to adjust the auto-ship timing with no problems. I haven’t tried a lot of green superfoods but this seems to work well for me, just wish it wasn’t so spendy.
