In past few years, sleeping problems and insomnia has come up as a great crisis for human wellbeing. There is no denying the fact that sleep is the need of quality life and its lacking can lessen wellness from the health factor. Though many individual do not know much about sleep issues, whether national or international level. A recent study in the United Kingdom returns astonishing results which demonstrate that currently 150 million individuals from different nook and cranny suffering from sleeping problem. This is not a constant figure as researchers have said about the increase in the number of cases of sleep deprivation. * Some sort of day activities can also be responsible for lacking quality of sleep to the person
The study has also claimed that the rate of sleeping problems in developed countries is significantly higher than developing countries. There are many ways to identify sleep problems like inability to concentrate during the daytime, daytime drowsiness, sleepiness while driving, increasing appetite, headache, nuisance, problem to stay asleep, early wake-up etc. Changed lifestyle, intake of healthy foods, restriction of unhealthy or spicy food, proper meditative practices etc., are some natural ways to deduct the influence of sleeping problems and maintaining the quality of life. However, acknowledging sleep as a global health concern and developing search for alleviation is a better place to start with.
