There are also unilevel plans, which are quite simple, even more simple than binary plans. The pyramid expands horizontally, with every one of your recruits being placed under you. This gives you a chance to build a broader structure with more money flowing directly to you, so that you get a greater share of it. You also get a share of their recruits' commissions.
Then there are matrix plans, which are a combination between binary and unilevel plans. You do place many people on your first level, though it's a smaller number than with a pure unilevel plan. Later you can place recruits under your recruits. This way you get the advantages of many lines of income flowing to you, but you also get the supportive structure built into a binary payment plan.
