"Helping The World DISCOVER THE WAY of LOVE!"

In the past several years the Free line has Nike Air Max 95 Pas Cher expanded and has become a bit of a juggernaut in the footwear world. Nike Frees are consistently among the best selling shoes in the US, and the top-selling shoe in the line is the Free 5.0+, which I¡¯ll review here.

I¡¯ve been running in various versions of the Nike Free since 2009, and they have consistently been among my favorites. With their moderately thin, super-flexible soles, and minimally structured uppers, the Frees are intended to provide a more minimal, barefoot-inspired ride. Nike described them as a training tool to be used on occasion to strengthen the feet and legs. I tend to use them more as a lightweight trainer for shorter to moderate distance runs. And for that purpose they have served me very well.

After leaving the store, I started thinking about that man¡¯s shoes more and my mind wandered back into the days of middle school. As a burgeoning adolescent, the perception of being thought of as ¡°cool¡± by my peers was constantly on my mind. We all wish to b Nike Air Max Lunar outlet online e liked and we all wish to be validated by our outward appearance. I can¡¯t remember the shoes I wore at this time, but I do remember that the popular guys in my classes wore Air Jordan shoes, along with other emerging basketball stars at the time (e.g. Anfernee ¡°Penny¡± Hardaway).

I¡¯d heard that the Peg 31 addressed this (and reduced the drop to 10 mm) so I stopped by my local running store to try them on and assess for myself ¨C wound up buying a pair and ran 6.5 miles in them yesterday (having a new run specialty store in town has been bad for my wallet!). It¡¯s a beautiful shoe with an impressive upper (the interior has a seamless liner that is very nice). Still more sole than I typically care for, but I had a solid first run. The shoe still has a soft heel, but the forefoot does feel firmer and had no noticeable issues with medial midsole caving. Update 6/30/2014: I have now published my full Nike Pegasus 31 review.

The Nike Lunarglide 5 has a lot going for it, and I¡¯ve enjoyed running in them (minus the blisters mentioned above), but it wasn¡¯t an ideal match for my stride. I would recommend it as a solid lightweight trainer to people who like a snug midfoot fit, and who like a soft sole with a very cushy heel (maybe those with a prominent heel strike). The closest comparison I can come up with among shoes I have run in is the adidas Energy Boost, bot Nike Air Max 2014 outlet online h in terms of fit and feel. If you like that shoe, the Lunarglide would be a decent alternative.

I don¡¯t know of anyone who hasn¡¯t wanted to fly like Michael at one point or another. You start to wonder if he has jet packs in those shoes of his. Spike Lee even asked the question. But as Jordan has pointed out in a very pointed ad, it was never the shoes. His success was based on many, many hours of practice. So it is with running. Practice builds strength, speed, an Nike Air Max One Pas Cher d endurance. Practice improves form and lowers the risk of injury.
