The fourth-tallest building in Tokyo has a large clock near its top. Shibuya's NTT Docomo Yoyogi Building was erected in the early 1990s, and ten Viral Urbex Challenges years later it was commemorated with the installment of a 15-meter public clock. With the addition of the clock, it became the second-tallest clock tower in the world.If you want to find fault with this watch, you certainly can.
