Half-day in Milan between flights, best transfer options?

We're in a hard spot. My family and I get to Bergamo Airport really early in the morning, and our next flight out of Milan Linate Airport is in the late evening. We're thinking we could spend half a day in Milan and check out a few things, but we're not really sure how to get to the city center and then to the next airport. Has anyone else done this before and can recommend a private transfer to make the day safe and hassle-free?

Have you already planned what you want to see in Milan? You won't have a lot of time, so it's best to prepare in advance.
