I have to be responsible. I don't know if i have gained any more weight, but i know I will never make the goals I set personally when I started this. I am not really upset about it. Diets seem to come and go - the egg diet, the cabbage soup diet, WeightWatchers, the grapefruit diet, the Atkins Diet, the South Beach Diet, the GI Diet to name just some. But what this all mean? Do diets go beyond fashion because we get bored with the food choices?
