Week 1: 9 series - 3 Exercises
Week 2: 12 series - 3 Exercises
Week 3: 12 series - 4 exercises (2 supersets and others 2)
Week 4: 12 series - giant set of 4 exercises
Week 5: Return to start

Diet is the most important part of the program.
Fat is not lost in a specific part, but the whole body at once, which until Alpha Limit we lose it we will not see our abs.
