Whether you are 55 or 25, you need to look after your body. We all know about the warnings about not smoking or drinking too much. That has never been a problem for me. But what I know now is I did not do enough to develop all-round fitness. I've been an avid walker, runner and cyclist. I've fought with some heavyweights in kickboxing.
